It was initially bought to help my daughter alleviate her lower back pain and she started with 10 minutes on low setting 1 and worked her way up. I tried it for my shoulder pain from a car accident back in 2021 which haven’t completely healed. To my surprise, it helps me have a better sleep besides managing my pain.
