I have started reading this series that was first dropped in 2018 and I just found that it was on Netflix with Season 2 released in January of 2023.
The manga series, written and illustrated by Kousuke Oono, follows Tatsu, a retired yakuza boss known as “The Immortal Dragon,” who became a househusband to his career-driven wife Miku. The whole thing is a slapstick comedy gem, with Tatsu tackling all sorts of domestic shenanigans in an episodic style.
In the very first book, there is one episode of him battling a robot vacuum. Well actually, his cat’s tail got sucked by the robot vacuum. The poor cat freaks out and ran amuck resulting in to chaos. And a bowl of food landed on Tatsu’s face as he walked into the kitchen. A tough guy is left utterly defeated. Talk about domestic warfare!!!
Sometimes it feels like a battle with decluttering, you start off strong and later was left with more mess than you intended. Always give yourself some grace cause decluttering is hard work and cleaning the house is no easy feat either.
I give this series a 3 thumbs up. Each episode is a quick browse and if you have down time in between your decluttering projects do read a couple episodes and get some laughs.
